Gluten free diet: Gluten sensitivity responds to a gluten free diet. This costs nothing. Ibs does not respond to a gluten free diet. You might need to avoid both gluten and milk initially, meaning avoid wheat, rye and barley as well as all or most dairy products. A lot of GI problems will clear up on such a diet.
