Don't bother.: There are lots of sulfate-free shampoos (read the label). There are gluten-free shampoos too, but that is unnecessary. Unless you are drinking your shampoo for some reason, there is no way that shampooing your hair can cause a gluten enteropathy in your bowel. The "gluten-free" hype is really getting out of hand. Gluten is quite safe for all but a small number of gluten-sensitive people. ...Read more
