Globus sensation, acid reflux, had gastroscopy, said everything is fine, LES open a tiny bit, keep taking lanzoprazole, feeling worse now. why?

I saw an ENT &was diagnosed w/acid reflux &globus. Was put on prilosec. How long until my acid reflux goes away? Will Prilosec make me gain weight?
