We tend to think that glasses or contacts can make the eyes weaker and more dependant on them. Your eye exam may be normal since eye drops are often used to dilate your pupil or numb your cornea thereby providing some liquid to your eyes. Your eyeglasses may: have a prism in it to keep your eye from going inward. Or you may just have a condition in which when you're tired, your eye wants to go inward, known as an esophoria. So that's nothing to be alarmed with, as long as you're wearing your glasses that help correct it. Important to see : Glasses are intended to help you see well at 20/20 vision. If you're only using your glasses to watch television, and don't feel you need to wear them full time then that is your prerogative. However, if you're driving, or going to drivers ed to learn to drive, you need to have 20/20 vision, so that you can see the details of the road, the traffic, and the people crossing better.
