I : I cannot diagnose what is wrong. However there are a couple of possibilities that come to mind. If the glasses fit too snuggly against the side of your skull, you may be reacting by tensing muscles in the scalp if you are stressed or intensly focused and you tend to tense the muscles in your upper back and neck, this can lead to a tension headache. If your glasses fit too tightly, this is something that is easily addressed. If you find that the muscles in your neck and upper back are tense, consider deep breathing exercises or progressive relaxation as ways to better relax. ...Read more
