If the glasses fit too snuggly against the side of your skull, you may be reacting by tensing muscles in the scalp if you are stressed or intensly focused and you tend to tense the muscles in your upper back and neck, this can lead to a tension headache. If your glasses fit too tightly, this is something that is easily addressed.
