Balanitis, phimosis: This is due to a tiny amount of URINE trapped under the foreskin. Yeasts and smegma bacteria ferment the urine into irritating products. Circumcision is a quick and easy cure. Castellani solution is very effective. Always hold back the foreskin during urination and hold back for a minute after. After urinating rinse off or blot with a tissue.

Penis and Prostate: Wow. This is frustrating for you I am sure. I wish you were here so I can go over all of this one problem at a time. I have slight rugburn like rash on penis glans but no itchiness and no sensation when urinating. Would those symptoms be present if male yeast infect?
Needs to be seen: It doesn't sound like a typical yeast infection. Have it examined and consider other diagnoses and get cultures. All the best.
Here are some. ..: Do: improve topical hygiene by gentle cleansing and drying, especially related with long/tight foreskin; judicously apply topical antifungal cream with or without steroid once daily for not more than 1 week. If frequently recurred and related with long foreskin, circumcision is the choice of long-term care. If still in doubt, ask Doc. Best wish. ..
Treat dermatitis: You're probably allergic to it and have learned something; these rashes are usually managed easily by topical Hydrocortisone over-the-counter. If severe, your physician can give you something stronger. Good luck.
Skin irritation: Usually, these rashes occur from local irritation. A type of diaper rash can occur if the penile skin is exposed to the moisture and abrasion of wet underwear. More rarely, allergic reactions that present in the skin are sometimes seen in the groin. Try to keep the area clean and dry with nightly sitz baths.
See your doctor: Any rash on the penis needs to be seen to be diagnosed, and can be due to a sexually transmitted disease.
Here are some. ..: Yes, it's possible and especially at the deep skin folds like the areas in the groin or armpits; for the penis, it is long foreskin. But heat rash may occur on certain spots of the flat skin surface and may vary among individuals, depending on age, etc. If more doubt, see a pro-inspection and counseling timely.
If there is no: Reason for your penis to abraded - would recommend medical evaluation.
If you have not: Engaged in any activities that would account for this - medical evaluation would be prudent. Take care.
