"white spots" are generally overcalled by the public, and often are due to relatively benign things such as cryptic exudate or normal appearance. Sounds serious: This sounds pretty serious. If you're unable to hold down food (vomiting) then, coupled with a fever, dehydration is possible. 101.6 degF is above the threshold where bacterial infections are possible.
