Thank you: Thank you for donating blood and being a good citizen. Drink 2-3 glasses of water before you donate and 2-3 glasses of juice after donating. I would not recommend beer even if you did not donate blood. Alcohol does no good to any one. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
