Impaction?: It's possible that you have an impaction so hard and stuck up there that even the Fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) did not touch it and therefore the only thing that came back out was the enema itself. Otherwise, I would really expect your stool to be some shade of brown. I am wondering what the consistency of it was? Liquid? Why???: If your problem is severe constipation, other solutions are better, such as bulk agents (fiber), stool softeners, more fluid intake, etc. Otherwise, there is no benefit and you may be avoiding evaluation by your doctor for another problem or issue that needs to be checked. Probably OK: But the more important question is why are you this constipated? How do you feel otherwise?
