Is it safe to take ginseng, vit d, k, calcium + capsicum supplements and cinnamon, dandelion, green, rosehip, chamomile and peppermint teas together?

Is it safe to take ginseng, vit d, k, calcium + capsicum supplements and cinnamon, dandelion, green, rosehip, chamomile and peppermint teas together?

Who knows?: Why would anyone have ever scientifically studied such a combination? Do so, as with all otc supplements, at your own risk. The only one that has been scientifically studied and has actual medical benefits without significant risks is the vitamin d. Calcium can't hurt. The rest are a waste of money and possibly health. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams. ...Read more

tyrosine
5-Htp

Sounds like your: mind is racing like a machine gun through all these stimulating supplements that will not relax you, until you understand what is important with ADHD. What activity eases your mind? Meditation? Walking? Contemplation? Do more of these things, rather than ingest more supplements initially. See if these alone can help your mind from racing through thoughts. Then, when you add one thing at a time. ...Read more

On Prozac&vyvanse and want to know if I can take supp evening primrose ginkgo biloba fish oil acidophilus L-arginine ginseng damiana gotu kola gre tea?

Why????: None of the things you mention are of the slightest benefit for anything. They are sold by com men to suckers in order to cheat them out of their money. If you want a placebo I suggest a roll of Necco wafers. Some are worse than others. Put them all in a bag and take them to show your DR. ...Read more

Is sleep and lose ok to take if using venlafaxine? Ingredients: raspbery ktone,L-arginine, saffron extract, L-Glutamine, ganoderma licidum, melatonin

Yes you can, because: that Sleep-n-Lose is safe to take with anything, because it won't do you any good at all. It's a bit of plant & vegetable extract, a couple of NONESSENTIAL amino acids that MAY be helpful ONLY while you're pregnant, & a little melatonin. The ONLY thing you will reduce is your bank balance. Knowledge is power. Arm yourself against hucksters of bogus supplements & pseudoscientific claptrap. ...Read more

Is magnesium blend good to take with korean red ginseng? - Also are most products alright with korean red ginseng?

Is magnesium blend good to take with korean red ginseng? - Also are most products alright with korean red ginseng?

Ginseng ..: I think it says everything that red ginseng is believed to BOTH increase and decrease the immune system. There are not reliable trials on it. It is not possible to really control what you are getting with it. Magnesium, however, is a mineral and unless they are totally lying, the content of it should be reliable and it can't stale. 200-400 mg/day is good. ...Read more

I take warfarin how do tumeric, chilli, chia seeds, garlic, onions, ginger stinging nettle tea interact with warfarin?

I take warfarin how do tumeric, chilli, chia seeds, garlic, onions, ginger stinging nettle tea interact with warfarin?

It's complicated but: I dislike warfarin because virtually every medicine and herb interacts with it. Turmeuric, chia seeds, garlic and ginger also thin blood and thus you might need to lower the dose. Rather than avoiding these one can consume consistent amounts & adjust coumadin accordingly or one can consider alternative meds or even supplements (under doc's guidance) to thin blood. Is taking pure green coffee bean extract and garcinia cambogia extract good and safe for weight loss?

Is taking pure green coffee bean extract and garcinia cambogia extract good and safe for weight loss?

NO. Don't use it: Garcinia cambogia is in most weight loss supplements, and can cause liver failure. It was also used in Hydroxycut which was taken off the market as people died from using it. I see a handful of patients per month with abnormal liver tests after using this medicine. I would NOT recommend it. There is no "magic pill" for weight loss. Diet and exercise remain the #1 way to lose weight and keep it off ...Read more

Do any of these natural remedies improve poor blood circulation?
L-Arginine, Vitamin K2, Gotu Kola, butchers broom, parsley, cayenne pepper, ginger root, etc. I have Raynaud's Syndrome.

Raynaud's Syndrome: Please do what your doc says but consider a natural approach. Neo 40 is a beet root product to help circulation and has some research suggesting usefulness in Raynaud's. The pain may also be from neuropathy and sublingual vitamin B12 can be used to help w/that. See your doc or a nutritionist. Peace and good health. Beet root better than l-arginine. ...Read more
