I just tried to: Research this. 1 site said gin is therapeutic for arthritis, helps you lose weight, ^'s your appetite, improves GI health, is a diuretic, reduces cardiovascular disease, makes bones stonger. Etc. It is from a site called 'gin wisdom' i never learned any of that in medical school. 'medical wisdom' ; 'gin wisdom' don't necessarily go hand in hand. No. Lots of sugar.: Smart water *sounds* like it's healthy but it's not. One bottle has 7 teaspoons of sugar, even more than 12 oz bottle of coca cola [though i'm not saying that you should drink coke instead]. Plain water is healthiest. Crave flavor?
