Suggest using pillows to force you to sleep with er on the back or oppositie side. Play detective related to possible causes which are mechanical. Go to er wiith capacity for coronary intervention.
If in the past, drive and break up the trip every hour or so and walk about (hopefully safe driver). Stretching out and moving about is good.
If by air, get up and move about whenever one can.
