May have Diabetes: Your fasting blood sugar of over 100, but under 126, is in the Pre-Diabetes range. Your Maximum of 235 is likely to represent Diabetes (any random glucose over 200). I recommend you see your doctor and request a test called a Hemoglobin A1C, which is essentially a test of the average sugar load in your blood over the past 2-3 months. Vegetarian: Our bodies are designed to eat all types of foods. There are certain foods that may bother you after having changed your diet for so long but they are usually going to be things very high in fat. That would possibly give your system a bit of a shock.
