Chances of getting pregnant after taking the plan b pill on the last day of your period? How accurate are pregnancy tests 3 weeks after taking plan b

Pregnancy unlikely: Taking Plan B or other emergency contraception pills can alter the timing or the quality of the current menstrual cycle and the upcoming cycle. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

Am i able to get pregnant after taking a Plan B pill for on the 4th day? After my period stopped

Not sure of timing: I'm not clear form your question what the timing of the Plan B was with regard to intercourse. This is where timing is important, not related to your menstrual timing. Ideally, Plan B is taken within 48 hours of sex, but can be done up to 72 hours with decreasing results. Even taken properly and in the correct time frame, it is not 100% effective .If concern about pregnancy, take a pregnancy test. ...Read more

For yesterday's problem, she must tell her doctor how many days after sex it is, so her Dr. can advise her. ...Read more

Likely hood of getting pregnant from precum if i was ovulating and took the Plan B pill less than 24 hours later?

Likely hood of getting pregnant from precum if i was ovulating and took the Plan B pill less than 24 hours later?

Very low (not zero): While the chances of getting pregnant in that setting is low, it is not zero. Neither the "precum" or the Plan B is 100% effective, as there can still be sperm and the Plan B doesn't always work. Other forms of birth control will be safer if you are having sex frequently. Of course, Plan B won't protect against disease, so using condoms even if you are on something else makes sense (to me). ...Read more
