Pain: The cleaner your teeth/gums, the less inflammation, the sooner you will feel better. Take Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) as per package directions every 4 hours. Rinse 3x/day w 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water. Dab Orabase-B onto sore spots w a Q-Tip. Eat a soft high-protein diet. But you must brush (gently) 2x/day and floss or WaterPik 1x/day.
