Started Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) 3 days ago and the past 2 days I've gotten a BAD headache and nausea. How can I prevent that from happening?

Drink plenty of water and eat something. Try pinching your adductor pollicis (locating in the webbing/area between your index finger and thumb, it feels like a tight ball) make clockwise circles while pinching this spot, this should help with the headache but it is really only temporary.
