Not an STD: Welcome to HealthTap. Thanks for your question. None of these STDs (nor any other) cause "peeling skin". Even if one of your STD tests had been positive, it would not explain this symptom. Any number of non-STD skin conditions could be possible. See a clinic or doctor for professional evaluation. There are several conditions that can cause peeling of the skin on your feet. Any process that triggers rapid renewal of the epidermis on your feet will contribute to thickened, peeling skin; in many cases this problem is merely due to an occupation that demands a lot of walking or standing.
Your doctor can readily diagnose a fungal infection by obtaining a skin scraping and examining it under a microscope. If this doesn't reveal the cause of your peeling, he/she can investigate for other potential causes (circulation problems, dyshidrosis, ichthyosis, autoimmune disorders, etc.).
If you haven't seen your doctor about this issue yet, I recommend you do so. ...Read more
Recently had skin peel off scrotom and penile shaft. Almost like sunburn peeling skin. What causes this?
uncomfortable probl: At the risk of oversimplifying a potentially complicated problem, this sounds like an inflammation or irritation of the skin in that area causing the peeling. Something came in contact with that particular area to cause the inflammation and irritation and so the key is to try to identify it and then, avoid it. ...Read more
I have peeling skin on my face and it looks horrible due to sunburn! Should I put any creams/lotions or will it make it worse? Face looks really dirty
Apply unscented: Moisturizing lotion. Do not try to peel the skin yourself. Although that may seem to help, it will just peel more and possibly lead to bleeding, infection and scarring. Be careful of any makeup you apply, which could make the peeling worse. Also, stay out of the sun until this is healed and then make sure you're diligent with sunscreen and re-applying for the future. ...Read more

Mother developed splotchy patches of swelling on only the face for a few days, then dry, peeling skin like sunburn. Any ideas as to what it is?
Most likely she got something on her skin that she was
allergic to or an irritant such a chemical could have gotten on her face. Assuming she did not have any other systemic reactions i.e. Fever, chills, headache, these would be the most likely causes. The peeling skin
is the way the skin heals itself. They are generally self limited and nothing to be concerned about unless she
gets it again. ...Read more

You may apply an emollient like Vaseline at night to soften the thick skin. Scrape of the layers with a heel scrapper/scrubber available at drug stores, in the morning. You will need to do this on an ongoing basis.
