Ectopics can kill: I am assuming that you are referring to a transvaginal ultrasound. If you (or someone you know) has a positive pregnancy test, and an ultrasound has been done (presumably for pain) and the findings are that of a "walled off ruptured ectopic", then hopefully this person has already been to the or to have this treated. I will asume you meant 2012 instead of 2010 in your post. If your period has not come by now you can take another pregnancy test. You may have tested too early or your symptoms could have been premenstrual in nature.
