Can you get a fast heart rate from being out of shape and not engaging in any physical activity for a year or two? And how can you get rid of it?
I was up in bed for two months cause of a real bad sinus infection. Now when I walk around the house I get so tired. Is it cause body out of shape?
I have had a strange oval shaped white mark in mouth and it can get painful at times. After further research I learnt it was what some referred to as a 'mouth ulcer'. Is there any way I can get rid of it as it has been there for two weeks ?
