Not able to in Basic: HealthTap Basic (not Prime nor Concierge) is the free service where members submit questions. Both the questions and answers are visible to other members. The member's profile information is hidden, and not visible to other members (but visible to doctors only during Prime or Concierge virtual visits). Key is understanding: Study time will perhaps slightly increase grades, but what's most important is that you truly understand the concepts taught in class. If you don't understand the concepts, rote memorization will not help you. If your teacher is ineffective, consider hiring a tutor.
