If you are not menopausal, I suggest several simple things to increase lubrication:
1- spend 15-20 minutes on prolonged, slow foreplay, both touching and oral stimulation.
2- communicate- to your sexual partner and relax
3- visual, auditory and olfactory stimulation- videos, music, incense
4- use an aqueous based lubricant.
If menopausal, consider a hormone cream by GYN.
