Not recommended: Yogurt is dairy and dairy can be allergenic in children less than one. Many children haven problems. In general I do not recommend any dairy until after one year. Myth: The baby food diet, i would guess, probably based on the size of the portion, but it all processes food, won't give any benefits for adults. All dieting basically can be broken down to how much you are getting calories from the food, compare to how much cal you are loosing. Do your math. IMHO: Yes, you can - but be careful not too warm! stir well to avoid hot spots. Also, it is not necessary. Room temp is fine, so is refrigerator cold.
