Maybe: Diuretics can cause cramps but your's is a very mild one. I presume it's hot in s. Africa this time of year - are you dehydrated? Do you need the diuretic during your summer? Anti-acid therapy: Sounds like you need some antacid therapy to start. This should help both the gerd symptoms and the gastritis. Make sure to ask if you have H.
