Genital wart Rx: Efudex (fluorouracil) is not a normally recommended treatment for genital warts. It often would work, but other treatments often are preferred. Occlusive treatmetn will increase side effects. Whatever treatment is used, if it doesn't work after 3-4 weeks, another should be tried. See a doctor to reconfirm the diagnosis and advice different treatment. Several others are available. Good luck!

Could this be a genital wart? Small lump on penis shaft near circumcision line. No pus, discharge, itching, etc.

Could this be a genital wart? Small lump on penis shaft near circumcision line. No pus, discharge, itching, etc.

Penile lump: This lesion will have to be examined by your physician, dermatologist or urologist in order to make a diagnosis. It could be a wart or, if it's recent, a herpes simplex infection. Since treatment for these is available, I think you should be examined.

As there are genital warts on my penis from the age of 15. Now my age is 32. how to know the genital warts on my penis are cancerous or not?

Need a doctor: Genital warts are sexually transmitted.Did you see a doctor? Simple external treatment is available if it is warts. Very unlikely as it remained the same for 17 years.

I have very small bumps under the head of my penis what could it be? Does genital warts hurt?

See PCP: Skin lesions are difficult to diagnose without being seen. Might be genital warts (condylomata) or a condition called pearly penile papules, a benign condition. Http://pearlypenilepapulestreatments. Org/pearly-penile-papules/.

If a man has had genital warts removed from his penis does that mean that he is totally cured of the hpv?

If a man has had genital warts removed from his penis does that mean that he is totally cured of the hpv?

No: Could be, but most likely he can have hpv in the skin and it has not formed a wart yet so he may or may not get future warts.

Could my boyfriend have genital warts my boyfriend has had these bumps on his penis and testicals for almost a year

Could my boyfriend have genital warts my boyfriend has had these bumps on his penis and testicals for almost a year

"Bumps": "bumps" on the penis and scrotum could be several things including warts, benign sebaceous glands, molluscum contagiosum, pearly penile papules, and other possibilities. Very difficult to answer without a picture, unfortunately. Sebaceous glands on the penis and scrotum are typically small, yellowish bumps that are fairly uniform in size and shape and often you will see a small hair coming out of the bumps. Warts, on the other hand, are typically more verrucous and flesh or slightly darker colored and are more clustered or sporadic in that region. I would recommend that you have him evaluated so that both of you know for sure what he has. I hope that helps a little.

Genital warts removed from base of my penis. However aware that still a carrier of HPV. Worried about infecting future safe partners.?

Here are some. ..: Once infected with HPV, its virus will almost stay with you forever although you may have no clinically detectable visible warts. In reality, just exercise higher diligence & vigilance for safer sex. Besides, make sure to have regular PAP smear for sex partner. There is no practical need to be overly anxious about it; just move & live on; if seeing something, deal with it timely.

HAVE IT CHECKED: It needs to be checked, visually looked at and felt to find out what it can be. Most probabely it is nothing serious, it may be pearly penile papule.

If a penis with genital warts accidental goes into my anus during sex, will that area become infected?

If a penis with genital warts accidental goes into my anus during sex, will that area become infected?

HPV: Possibly. But it all depends on your previous history with hpv. It is unlikely to get a new infection if you already have been exposed in the past. There is also the vital gardisil vaccine that you should have if you are sexually active.

How to treat small genital warts next to opening of urethra and head of penis. They are very very small. Any home remidies?

How to treat small genital warts next to opening of urethra and head of penis. They are very very small. Any home remidies?

See your physician.: There are many ways to deal with the bother caused by genital warts. However, if the warts are close to the opening of the urethra (or urethral meatus) I would be very careful to seek remedies only under the direct supervision of a doctor. Any damage or scarring of the meatus could lead to permanent narrowing of the opening and urinary difficulty.

Hey I have a question I have genital warts on my penis and im trying to find information on it? And what should I do besides going to a doctor?

Several: Of course you have to see the the doctor to eradicate, they are caused by hpv virus, if you do not take precautions you will spread to your partner, in female genital warts may lead to cancer of cervix, a compelling reason young females get vaccinated.

Have genital warts on my penis, when I go to the toilet and touch my genital wart then touched my anus hole that lead to genital wart at my anus area?

Have genital warts on my penis, when I go to the toilet and touch my genital wart then touched my anus hole that lead to genital wart at my anus area?

Genital warts: Genital warts are most commonly HPV and beyond being unattractive they can lead to cancer especially with your sexual partner. The serious consequences of this condition and capacity to be spread to others means you need to get this treated. It is unlikely your warts will spread from your penis to your anus by touching but could from anal sex. Treatment is easy but requires a physician.

I have something that looks like a wart on the foreskin of my penis. But when I stretch my skin it disappears. Is it genital warts?

I have something that looks like a wart on the foreskin of my penis. But when I stretch my skin it disappears. Is it genital warts?

Probably normal: This certainly is not a wart, which would not fade with stretching. Anything that disapears with stretching probably is not abnormal, so I doubt anything is wrong at all. But see a doctor if you remain concerned.

Noticed small purple black lumps under foreskin on penis and one on penis head - (this one was already present before sex). Could it be genital warts?

Penile lumps: Genital warts are a possibility, unless they appeared very suddenly, but it would require visual inspection by a doctor to confirm.

Rubbed common wart on penis on accident. Washed with soap and water. Will I get Genital warts? I'm so scared

Different warts: There are many different types of wart viruses - and each of them has their preferred living areas. Genital warts are caused by special wart viruses that attack that area - so I don't think you need to be seriously alarmed about what happened here. If you see a dermatologist, you can get rid of that common wart that's troubling you. There are good treatments out there for all kinds of warts.
