Can a colposcope check for genital warts in your cervix. And if so do they turn white if the dr puts acetic wash on them?

I had a normal pap 2 years ago. I was diagnosed with genital warts, but it cleared up. I have been feeling my cervix and it feels a bit bumpy. Normal?
