Ovarian Cancer?: An ovarian mass and a DVT in the other lower extremity is worrisome, but it is not a definitive sign of metastasis. My 78 year old relative had a CT of the abdomen and pelvis. A unrelated finding was a report of fibroids on her uterus. This was a suprise as she had a hysterectomy 45 years ago. Pelvic ultrasound confirmed no uterus but identified some type of mass.
