I am a 30yr old male and have had very wrinkled hands my whole life as if i'm 90. Advice? I've also had dry cracked/split heels. I use gel insoles.
Not just hands?: I assume since you mention insoles that it is not just your hands that are dry and "wrinkled" there are systemic as well as inherited conditions that may cause this, as well as nutritional etiology es. Previously falls. Pain under and behind ankle. Severe outer edge heel pain. Has hurt for months. Cup heel /squeeze is painful. And painful standing.
