I have abdominal cramp/pain my stomach is gurgling. I'm just in a lot of pain for about 6 days now could it be gastritis?

Avoid what hurts: That is the easy answer. Other things to avoid are caffeine containing drinks and foods. Chocolate, spicy foods. and foods with acidic content may cause problems. I'm having a sickness in my upper abdomen, but it's not like my usual gastritis symptoms. It get's a little better after I eat. No other symptoms.

did you noticed if it happen after specific kind of food
or if it is related to milk or milk product
is it associated with any change of bowel habit like diarrhea or constipation or associated with too much bloating and gas
