Uper stomch pain few mnths. Better w zantac (ranitidine).dr say gastritis. Now 10 weeks pregnant &pain is worse. Dr say hormonal change. Normal or further evaluation?

Gastritis is quite treatable with prevacid/prilosec etc. But u likely have ibs, a funtional gastrointestinal disorder chracterized by some pain/cramping, altered bowel habits, bloating, gasiness, frequent/urge to have bm, early satiety, dyspepsia symptoms etc. U should see doc asap for evaluation/treatment because feeling miserble not good for pregnancy/baby.
