I am having constipation issues and need help
i have also had a gastric bypass in 2006 and have never been regular i drink coffee every day, tea, oj, and crystal light. I take 325 mg of iron daily, tylenol 3, 3 calcium citrate daily and 2 vitamins daily.

Magnesium and vitamin c supplementation can also help with constipation (although mg+ can interfere with calcium absorption if you're low).
