Weight loss : You may have lost weight on this diet and it may have worked for you ! I don't think it is healthy , because you are missing out on nutrients , because you are eating such low volume of food . Unless you are taking some high powered organic , food supplements , I believe , long term side effects would be hair loss , brittle nails , saggy skin . Rethink this concept .
