Yes eat less: What gastric by pass do ? It will not allow you to eat , as the stomach is tiny, same thing with dr alain lewis 5 bite diet , consuming only five bites of food , no break fast , low carbohydrates, no sugary drinks no transfats , surly will loose weight if you follow. ...Read more

Gastric Bypass: Make the stomach smaller so you cannot eat as much. Usually by separating the top portion of the stomach from the rest. Bypassing some of the small bowel so you have limited absorption capabilities downstream.
