Headache: The most common symptom of co poisoning is headache. If you don't have one and are not pregnant then you likely have nothing to worry about. If it was just gas on without flame then that is natural gas, not co. Hello Dr. Studwick . I'm 4 1/2months pregnant and feeling a light nagging pain at the top of my belly on left hand side. It can be gas I'm not sure.

Round ligament: You have benign but complex presentation. The left side has your spleen and round ligament as well as your ovary in that general location.
