Need more fibers.: Blood in the stool is of concern. If it is bright red then it is probably because of your hard stool irritating the lower part of colon or hemorrhoids. However if the stool color is brown or black you need to go and see a doctor right away. For constipation take a lot more fiber like vegetables, salad, and fruits.
