You : You may be reading too much into the color of the stool. The dark green color may have been from something you ate or from a vitamin or medication you ingested. You did not mention if you are under the care of a gastroenterologist, or what studies or medications have been tried. Therefore, my first thought is for you to see your doctor right away for the worsening pain. You will need an endoscopy and colonoscopy if not already done. If you are not on probiotics, that would be a good place to start; in addition daily MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) to help with the constipation. Also considering seing a nutritionist for a diet plan that will help decrease gas and promote regular bowel movements. All the best. ...Read more
