Gas Pain Left Side Back
Sometimes I have a mild pinching pain; left side of my chest near my nip extending to the back of my shoulder seen a doc treated as gas didn't help m33?
After eating, I experience left side abdominal pain, left side back pain, and severe headches. Any ideas of the cause?

Definitely possible: It sounds like an infection that is either climbing or made its way to your kidney, called pyelonephritis. This can often occur from an untreated, sometimes subclinical urinary tract infection. Many, many things: That being said, ruling out cardiac is the most important thing to do. After that, it could be any number of internal issues, intercostal muscle spasms, reflux, pancreatitis, ulcers, lung issues. May be rib issues: including muscle spasms causing them to tighten from trauma or postural issues, specific muscle spasms. However, you should be examined to rule out spleen, stomach and even cardiac concerns.
