Very unlikely: To be ovarian cancer by symptoms and your age. Most likely your cecum (the first part of the colon in the right lower abdomen in most patients) occasionally gets distended with gas or feces. Ovarian problems would not vary with diet. ...Read more

Unlikely: Those findings not cosistantly with cancer. Cyst small and u are young. US is good test: The transvaginal US is a good test for looking at the ovaries. If there were a mass there they should be able to see it on the US.
