Not a great answer: I'll be honest and say that any relief you get will be temporary. You need to get to the dentists asap. Anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen will help temporarily. I've even seen people whole will take a clove and stick it in the cavity (eugenol is a sedative to the tooth). Doesn't work to well. Real antifungal: Tolaftate is available without a prescription. Terbinafine topical is also good. I'd prefer to see you use a topical agent rather than taking medication systemically whenever possible. These should be effective but it may take a few weeks.
