Drink!: It is quite possible that you are dehydrated, and may have throat dryness/soreness from the anesthesia as well.

Be careful: Although there are some home remedies. It sounds like you have a bad case of thrush - oral-pharyngeal candidiasis. Which requires a couple of weeks of an Nystatin oral solution. Find cause: Bilirubin count has basically nothing to do with either organ. Most often a slightly high bilirubin count in someone who's healthy is gilbert's non-disease, in which missing a few meals drives the indirect bilirubin up. "Cryptic": Tonsils is a name for tonsils with craters containing mucous and usually associated with frequent attacks of tonsillitis. You may need them removed!! See an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) Specialist!
The "gallbladder" pain is a whole different issue. MORE INFO is needed about that....
