My c.a.t scan shows I have an ovarian cyst and gallstones. Which issue should I take care of first? Do I have to remove my gallbladder?

Hard to say: There are many possibities and usually a detailed exam and appropriate studies can determine the cause. I have right achey pain from below my ribs to my upper back and nauseous on and off since November . Saw Gyn and had an ultrasound .. Negative for ovarian cysts, fibroids , iud misplacment and endometriosis. PCP didn't think it waw my gallbladder.
If i had my gall bladder removed and use to have the IUD 6 yes ago, also had an ovarian cyst. Am i still able to get pregnant?

Pain in right RLQ, swollen lymph nodes abdomen wall via CT, appendix not visible. No Gallbladder, no ovarian cysts. Hematuria, labs ok. Disdended abd?
May still be apendix: Pain in RLQ concerning for appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy & ovarian torsion. A simple pregnancy test rules out ectopic. CT us usually the tool for appendicitis. Did they use oral and IC contrast? (Oral is chalky stuff you drink, IV makes you feel hot all over). If contrast given, appendicitis less likely..
