Not necessarily: The ovarian cyst should resolve on it's own, and is not likely to need intervention. The gallstones and gallbladder only need removed if they are causing symptoms, and inflammation of the gallbladder. Many people are walking around with gallstones, and don't know it. ...Read more

Hard to say: There are many possibities and usually a detailed exam and appropriate studies can determine the cause. Among some of the possibilities include diverticulitis, scar tissue from your prior surgery, a hernia, an irritation from a nerve in your back above where you had your previous back surgery just to name a few. Family Practice: Your gallbladder has no affect on getting pregnant. Having an ovarian cyst usually doesn't either unless you have poly cystic disease. It makes it harder but with treatment pregnancy may occur. ...Read more

Abdominal pain: Get an evaluation. It is not clear when your latest surgery occurred. You could possibly have new adhesions. See your surgeon for an evaluation and ultrasound or cat scan of the abdomen. ...Read more

Pain in right RLQ, swollen lymph nodes abdomen wall via CT, appendix not visible. No Gallbladder, no ovarian cysts. Hematuria, labs ok. Disdended abd?

May still be apendix: Pain in RLQ concerning for appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy & ovarian torsion. A simple pregnancy test rules out ectopic. CT us usually the tool for appendicitis. Did they use oral and IC contrast? (Oral is chalky stuff you drink, IV makes you feel hot all over). If contrast given, appendicitis less likely.. Lymph nodes likely "mesenteric adenitis", which is OK. if worsens, go back to doc ...Read more

Yes it can: Complex cysts can be cancerous depending on their size and rate of growth. A CA125 test can help decide its nature. Ultrasound is a good test to measure increase in size and also may show any solid components inside the cyst.
