Cant tell if pain is from gallbladder or ibs. Have family history of gallbladder issues and they found sludge in gallbladder. What could it be?

Go to ER: Any extreme bleeding usually means a serious problem. Since you are sitting at a computer emailing it is doubtful that it is extreme and it may be a minor rectal tear or hemorrhoid if there is bright red blood. Could be : Gyne is a possibility. There are adhesive diseases that could give you those symptoms. Does it feel like the symptoms you had before you lost your gallbladder? Cholecystectomy !?: cholecystecomy is not always cure for biliary pain I mean that right side pain. Removal of gall bladder may not help all the time for dyskinesia or other gastric related pains. Pain lying on right side is unusual symptom. Gastroparesis need to be evaluated more in your scenario. It could be simple muscle pain if it's purely positional. 8 yrs ago I had a tubal! My Dr. rules out colitis ibs gallbladder appendix and infection in the blood due to test! Could I be pregnant and would a home pregnancy test show up ?
Depends: In order to answer the question I need more information regarding your symptoms. Did you miss your period? How old are you? Etc. It's important you give your doctor a full history in order to diagnose and treat you. If you are pregnant after a tubal you need to be seen by your doctor to rule out a pregnancy in your tubes. Have the surgery : Would recommend having the gallbladder removed since it is needed and see if the other symptoms resolve but I don't believe it'll make it worse.
