Unimpressed: I'm unimpressed with any single medication as sole treatment strategy to thing as complex as cognition whether for Dementia, Bipolar, etc. Exception would be cases where low B12, D, folate, (folic acid) or thyroid, are proven causes of problem. I always tell my patients if they think they are having a side effect, call because not everyone reacts the same to medications.
