Not simple: There can be many causes for inability to walk without assistance, and experience risk of toppling over. If b-12 deficiency, injections might help, if due to degenerative brain problem, stroke, normal pressure hydrocephalus, brain tumor, binswanger's encephalopthy, thyroid problems, need to get this diagnosed.
