I take gabapentin for my fibromyalgia, but the helpful effects seemed to have worn off. I'm in excruciating, constant pain. Any suggestions?

Maybe (not) . . .: It's difficult to answer b/c you're from across pond in great britain so, having trained here in states & been isolated, I have no idea what is included in cough syrups sold where you live. Best to ask doc who prescribed your gabapentin. Or ask pharmacist.
