Sounds like: A short coarse of an ORAL antifungal medication is needed! Speak with your PCP.......

Safe: But makes no sense. They do the same thing. Using 2 of them is not more effective than using 1 alone. "Fungal" infection might be candida {yeast}, intertrigo, or tinea cruris. Either of these therapies might be effective for any of these conditions. Best results may require a more precise diagnosis with understanding about the cause.
