No, won't go to: brain. Relax. Fungal infections are easy to get rid of. You don't even need super-duper antibiotic drops. Fungi can't live in the normal acidic ear canal environment. Lowering the pH with an acid solution kills it off, like OTC Domeboro. A dilute solution of lemon juice or vinegar also works.
