That is, he's has semen analysis, and you've had blood and imaging work up? Having a 3.6cm cyst on ovary likely isn't cause for infertility. It might: Depends on cause, treatment (surgery?), etc. Maybe tests already were done or planned to evaluate for fallopian tube damage (laparoscopy, ultrasound, etc). Discuss with your gynecolgist and/or infertility specialist.
