Had full bloods done. Liver & thyroid fine. Everything was perfect apart from slightly low neutrophils. Should i be worried?

Papillary thyroid cancer is not likely to metastasize to liver, so that history is probably unrelated. You should see a gastroenterologist, and have that questionable liver mass evaluated.
