I want to know about L-arginine benefits and muscle gain. I'm doing HIIT (High Intensity Intervals Training) every day, FOCUS T25 Workout.
6'3 162 pounds. Trying to gain weight/muscle. Eating more calories, working out, use pre workout, then protein shake after. Skip cardio? Just lift?

Overuse: Full day workout ? Must have a goal / purpose for this. Only ones i know of for this are endurance athletes -- triathlon, cycling, running. Certainly ok to mix and match, but should lead to goal with purposeful steps along the way. Be sure to take in calories while doing the workout. Also, recovery time critical -- don't cut this short.
